Sheherazade with her stunning new grey one-half Bolivian female cria.

This is a 6 alpaca package, 3 of which are grey, with the possibility of future grey offspring in 2008.

These alpacas are registered in the US and in Canada.

Turning Tide's Divina Rasgones - DOB: July 31, 2004 Colour: light rose-grey and silver-grey pregnant female Sire: CAVA Bonica Mario Dam: Turning Tide's Chantilly Lace who is dark fawn and sired by Acero Marka's Rockamundo, who is possibly the finest fibred male ever imported into North America. Tilly's grandmother is a rose grey. Greys don't come along like this very often. Divina took first in class and reserve champion two years in a row. She has great conformtion, excellent coverage and a fabulous fine crimpy fleece. Her Jan 22, 2006 fleece stats were AFD 18.6, SD 4.5, CV 24.2% and fibers greater than 30 were 2.4%. Divina's true black full sister also took reserve champion this year so this little girl has winning genes. Divina produced a lovely dark brown boy on June 19th out of Almanzo. He has wonderful crimpy fleece and great conformation with Almanzo's heavy bone structure. A definite herdsire in the making! We are very happy with Tyre so will rebreed Divina to our multi ribbon winner , Almanzo (son of Pperuvian Guellermo) and she is due fall of 2008. Almanzo is conformationally sound with an excellent bite and striking presence. His fleece is very dense and uniform with excellent character. He has consistently placed in the show ring competing in a total of six halter competitions from 1999-2001 and placing each time. Susan Tellez spoke of his fleece - "extreme density and extreme expression of crimp, very uniform throughout". Almanzo's fleece still feels like butter at 7 years of age. This cria can't help but be a knockout. This is an exceptional grey!

Sheherazade - DOB: Dec. 4, 1998. Color: dark silver grey/white. Sire: Golden Fleece Apollo. Dam: Miss Diana. Sheherazade is a alpaca who births easily, is a good mom and is halter trained. She continues to produce gorgeous cria year after year. On Oct. 2, she had a stunning grey female out of full Bolvian Major B. This little girl is lovely with great conformation and fine crimpy fibre. She looks rose grey but has a lot of silver grey on her so we don't know what she will turn out to be but we do know it will be grey. We are rebreeding Sheherazade to Major-B for a repeat performance in 2008.

Silvertip is gone but Sophie is still looking for a new home

Two Greys for a great price - $18,000

One very pregnant female and one waiting to be bred.

Silvertip is already living in the US and Sophie could very easily join her.

Both girls are ARI registered and Sophie is also registered in Canada.

SOLD VWR Silvertip - DOB: July 13, 2003 Colour: silver grey. Sire: Okanagan's 381 (black finely fibred herdsire) Dam: ELAL Snowflake (BEW).Silvertip is a lovely little girl with the colour that is so desired. She has had a tooth infection so we have kept her off the market but our vet says she is 90% cured so we are willing to let her go. Her histogram in 2006 was AFD 22.7, SD 5.3, CV 23.4 and %>30 7.8. Silvertip is bred to our gorgeous white male, Avanti (grandson of Peruvian Hemingway with an amazing histogram) so we are expecting a gorgeous cria very soon. Silvertip resides in California.

Revencrest's Sophie - DOB: Sept. 12, 2000 Colour: silver grey, Sire: Greystone Dam: C169 Fauna. Sophie is that silver grey that everyone is looking for. She has birthed two cria so is an experienced dam. Sophie is open at the moment but will be bred this spring so if you want her for your boy don't delay.

Take Advantage of our "Add a Male" Promotion

For only $1,000 more you can add either Espresso or Cortezade to any package.

Both have grey offspring on the ground.

Espresso - DOB July 1, 1998 Colour Rose Grey Sire: H.P.R. Aura Dam: 7 Maples Camellia. Espresso is a dark rose-grey from a rose-grey dam who passes his fine fibre on to his offspring. He is a vigorous breeder with many very nice cria on the ground. Espressor has proven himself to produce grey on many occasions.

World Class Cortezade - DOB: Dec. 23, 2002. Colour: silver grey. Sire: Cortez. Dam: Sheherazade. Cortezade has started breeding this year much to his delight. He is a well built male with a very nice fleece. We showed him in 2004 but, due to lack of entries, he had to compete in a fawn class. Although he didn't beat out the fawns, Maggie Kreiger remarked that "he has a very nice fleece for a grey". His sire, Cortez, is a very finely fibred true black who is a proven producer of black and gray consistently adding crimp, softness and style to his progeny. Cortezade's dam is a mottled grey so Cortezade is bound to throw dark colour.
